Return Policy

Damage During Shipping
For your protection, do not sign for merchandise without inspecting it for damage. Every effort is made to prevent damage during shipping. However, if merchandise arrives damaged, keep the original shipping carton and:
 

  • Contact the shipper immediately to report the damage
  • Contact Dumore customer service

  

Defective Merchandise
If you receive a defective item, contact Dumore customer service. Please have a copy of your invoice or invoice number when you call.

 
Returns
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect each item, and if not completely satisfied, contact Dumore customer service. We will do everything reasonably possible to resolve the issue. Do not return products without first contacting Dumore, as you will need a return authorization number. Information on how and where to ship the return will also be provided at that time.
